Services
HandyCall provides AI-powered call handling, appointment scheduling, and messaging tools for service businesses. Service availability may vary by plan and location.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate business information.
- You must obtain and document customer consent before sending SMS.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Messaging and Consent
You may send transactional messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders to customers who have opted in. Messages must include opt-out instructions. Standard message and data rates may apply.
SMS Program Terms — HandyCall Appointment SMS
- Program name: HandyCall Appointment SMS
- Description: Transactional appointment messages including booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule/cancellation notices, and appointment request status updates sent by HandyCall to customers who have provided explicit opt-in consent.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on appointment activity (typically 1–3 messages per appointment booked).
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at hello@handycall.org or visit handycall.org.
- No mobile opt-in data will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or use of HandyCall services.
Billing
Plans are billed according to your subscription terms. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable Use
- No spam, promotional messaging without explicit consent, or unlawful use.
- No attempts to interfere with or abuse the platform.
